Dr. Lorraine Sgarlato-Inducci, Au.D.

Dr. Inducci is a Board Certified and Licensed Audiologist. Her experience spans over 25 years in the health field working in hospitals and clinics throughout Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton New Jersey. Dr. Inducci received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College; her Master's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Adelphi University and her Doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry/School of Audiology.

In 1996 Dr. Inducci established her private practice in Newtown, Pennsylvania to help treat children who suffer from various types of language learning disabilities. Dr. Inducci is a specialist in the area of auditory processing disorder. Her practice relocated to Makefield Executive Quarters, Yardley, Pennsylvania in January of 2006.

Dr. Inducci is widely respected in the field and often lectures to parents, professionals and the general community on topics such as: Autism, A.D.H.D., A.P.D. , PDD, Reading Disorders, Child's Advocacy, and Language Based Learning Disabilities.

Dr. Inducci's experience as the parent of a child with a language learning disability allows her to view learning disabilites from the perspective of both a professional as well as a parent of a child with special needs.

Dr. Inducci educates parents on how to advocate for their children's rights. Dr. Inducci is often called upon for for expert testimony in Due Process Hearings and consultations during I.E.P. development.

Dr. Inducci is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Audiology, Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, New Jersey Speech/Language and Hearing Association.

Dr. Inducci is a certified provider for several auditory therapy programs such as “Fast ForWord”, "Interactive Metronome“, "The Listening Program” and others.


Gail Kantor
Gail Kantor graduated as a summa cum laude student obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Temple University. She was Vice President of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the national Economics Honor Society. Fulfilling her lifetime desire to teach and make a difference in the world, Gail returned to school where she obtained her Master's Degree in Elementary Education, graduating with a 4.0 average while working full time and raising a family. Gail has experience in emergent literacy, having taught in kindergarten and first grades as well as 5th and 6th grade, her current position. She has been with the Reading Clinic of Bucks County for many years and counts experiences with her clients here as among her most precious and important.

Jessica Streeper
Jessica Streeper graduated in 2002 from Towson University, Baltimore, Maryland with a B.S in Psychology and a minor in Women's Studies. Jessica has taught 6th and 7th grade in the Philadelphia School District. She has worked with children in regular education as well as inclusion model classrooms. In 2006, Jessica graduated from Holy Family University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a Master's Degree in Education. Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she is currently exploring various doctoral programs to continue her education.

Susan Ranier
Susan Ranier graduated from Holy Family College, now known as Holy Family University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, Susan taught second grade in a self-contained classroom for two years. She then taught sixth grade Integrated Language Art, Social Studies, and Science for four years. Susan stopped teaching full-time to stay home with her two children, Nicholas and Lauren. Since then she has taught at Sylvan Learning Center for three years teaching Reading, Writing, Math, and Study Skills to children ranging from 5-17 years old. Susan came to us in April of 2006.

Jenna Inducci
Jenna Inducci graduated August 2006 from Hunter College, City University of New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and a minor in Psychology. She is currently enrolled as a post graduate student at Thomas Jefferson University's Master's program for Occupational Therapy. She will complete her Master's degree in December of 2008. Ms. Inducci has worked for the Reading Clinic of Bucks County since 1999.

Amy McEachern
Amy graduated from Kutztown University in 1996, with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Early Childhood Education. She continued on to graduate school at Holy Family University where she earned her certification in Special Education. Amy has been working for The Reading Clinic of Bucks County since 1998 and has extensive experience with all the Lindamood Bell programs. Amy has also worked as a preschool teacher for children ages 3 to 5. Amy enjoys working one-on-one with students and teaching them the skills they need to be better learners. This is what she says about her experience working for The Reading Clinic of Bucks County, "It is a very satisfying job because it allows me to be an integral part of the learning process with the children. I get to see first hand their achievements and how they carry over the skills we teach them to everyday life".

Kristen Littley
Kristen Littley is a May 2006 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education. She holds a dual certification in Elementary and Special Education. Currently, Kristen is employed by the Pennsbury School District at Walt Disney Elementary School. She is a fifth grade itinerant learning support teacher for Reading and Language Arts. Kristen has been working at the Reading Clinic of Bucks County since her graduation in May of 2006.
